We’re a Product Director (David) and an Engineering Director (Amanda) pair who became fascinated with the challenges and opportunities that modern product organizations face, so we built the tools and programs that we always wanted.
David Miller
Founder
Throughout his career in product leadership, David has witnessed firsthand the diverse characteristics of product orgs. In addition to being a product coach, David is a faculty member at Carnegie Mellon University where he teaches graduate classes on Product Management, Design Thinking and Leadership.
Amanda Seiken
Founder
Amanda is an engineering leader specializing in modular, cloud-first architecture, and has a passion for the human element of software development. This interest led her to becoming a product coach focused on how organizational design influences the success of product organizations.
